Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book, Act in Faith: Unleash Your Omnipotence, What is it about?

I believe that each one of us is born with a purpose, a desire and a need to live at our highest and best potential. However life happens, we suppress those desires to meet the need and expectations of people around us. We inherit fear from our environment, family and friends. We hold ourselves back from becoming the true expression of who we were meant to be. We leave to please others, however in the process kill ourselves every day that we kill our dreams, desires and potential. Our innate self is always in Unity with The Supreme. We are just as omnipotent. Somewhere down the line, we lose that faith and that knowing because we give in to our fears. Fear is not real. However, you can either have faith or fear. They both cannot co-exist. This book is all about connecting to that Higher power within you. Strengthening your faith and minimizing your doubts and fears. It teaches you how to do that through intention setting, forgiveness, developing an attitude of gratitude, learning how to trust your instincts and more.

While I was going through my divorce four years ago and juggling between my two full-time jobs as a physician and a mom to two of my handsome boys aged 2 and 4 at the time, people would come to me and tell me how they think I am this superwoman! Also questioning how I was able to manage to have a thriving practice and my children doing exceptionally well. Normally people going through major life stressors like that found it challenging to manage their own health, let alone take care of others. I believe we are all just as powerful creators. We either subconsciously or consciously create the life we live in. I am hoping that this book will help change that mindset and help people become more aware of their superhuman power and their omnipotence.

Just go ahead and do it! That’s it! Take action. Don’t wait for that perfect time or to reach perfection, because it’s never going to be perfect and it does not have to be perfect. Set your intention, know how you want to serve your readers, see it in your mind, set down a goal and commit to yourself that you will stick to it no matter what! And remember your fear is NOT real. Have the faith in yourself, your potential and take massive action.
