About the Author
Carla Hemans is A Life Strategist, author and Self-Care coach. She encourages people to think outside the box and be authentic. She has worked as a Program Manager designing a wellness program that includes activities that encourage kids to share their feelings by writing them down. She has done workshops for schools, community centres and small businesses.
Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
This is great for young people to go inward. If a child spends a lot of time alone or playing video games, this can be an excellent way to refocus on self. Any young person can have fun with a journal. I would recommend one page daily, and the child should pick the time that is comfortable for them. Before bed or in the morning would be my suggestion.
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
Parents that have children between the ages of 10 to 15 years old. This journal is considered a wellness book. This can help with anxiety and help create clarity.
