Dwelling Near While Entering Paradise was originally self-published as Here AND Not There. It is about an Orthodox Jewish girl who, when she was 8 years old she was living with her mother who converted to Catholicism and her Stepfather. On the day of her First Holy Communion, her two-year-old brother falls to his death.
Bridgit’s mother blames her and abandons her. Her Aunt sends for her father, who is an Orthodox Rabbi in Upstate New York. With a new name, Bridgit now Chaya is engulfed in the warmth of a loving Jewish home with her gaggle of sisters and a brother. Chaya is enjoying a wonderful life and she’s mentored by a woman who becomes a good mentor and friend. Oh and she happens to be dead. Chaya’s late little brother also comes along on occasion to help her with her struggles and fear of abandonment. Chaya is put on trial, by the court of her fears and sentenced to living her life to the fullest.

About the Author of Dwelling Near While Entering Paradise

Ana Radeboldti has multiple advanced degrees in education and teaches in public schools in New York City. Through the years, she has combined this passion with her love of travel by teaching in Kuwait, South Korea, and Mexico City. She speaks four languages and has travelled the world over—her trips to Morocco, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, and Israel have given her the opportunity to walk the paths of the characters in her stories.
Mrs Radeboldti enjoys life at home in the beautiful Hudson Valley area of Upstate New York and loves to garden in the warmer months. She’s a proud mother of a son serving in the U.S. Navy and a grandmother to three adorable grandchildren.
She has written three fiction books: Drawing Near to Paradise, Giving Entirely to Live, and The Passed Over Dinner: A Passover Tale.
