About the Book
There are many problems we face today. One of which is that the world is full of assholes. There is just no way around it. And sometimes it can be hard to identify what exactly makes someone an asshole. That’s where this book comes in. Think of this as a guide to asshole-ish behaviour. Use it to better yourself and those around you.
About the Author
I’m just a guy from Maine with lots of opinions on lots of things. People think I’m funny so I’m putty myself out there and hoping that people haven’t just been being polite all these years.
I’ve spent a long time writing and producing online videos. I’ve never been satisfied to do what is popular, I’m not a trend chaser. I only make what I want to make. I’ve never had the chance to get out and do what I truly want to do which is to entertain and make people laugh. We live in a world now where anyone from anywhere has a chance, I want to put myself out there and take the chance.
Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
It’s about the general behaviour of people most of us would refer to as assholes. I go into detail and explain in an exaggerated and comedic way why people are assholes and how it makes the rest of us feel.
I started writing it when I was 18, it took me roughly 4 years to finish it and I’ve spent years trying to get an agent or publisher to get my book out there, but I think due to the title and subject, mainstream publishers don’t want to touch it. So I’m finally going out there and doing it myself.
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
People who like comedy, people who don’t like people, people who know assholes but don’t know quite how to explain why these people are assholes. It’s basically for everyone.
Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?
You know, I don’t really read much, to my mother’s great chagrin, but I’ve always enjoyed Sherlock Holmes, so I would say, Arthur Conan Doyle. I just like his storytelling.
Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
Just keep writing, the more you do something the better you get at it.
Qn 5: Where can our readers find out more about you, do you have a website, or a way to be contacted?
I’m on Twitter, @TheAngryAss, YouTube would be the best place to really know me. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCA7qZYP1DQK1m1_otIoLdpg
