CUT OUT THE TOUGH GUY ACT: Adjusting Your Lifestyle to Autoimmune Condition by MARIAH ALLEN @Riah23598386

About the Book

There are several self-help ebooks about autoimmune diseases, but I can assure you that this would be one of the best you’ve ever read because I had first-hand experience and came out strong; you too can do this.
Autoimmune disease is a devastating condition, ridding you of any hope in living. I agree that it is a difficult time, and you need help dealing with the disease. The pain is excruciating and distracting; you probably have lost your job because you had to go for treatment, then the energy deprivation you often feel. I can relate with you on all these because I have been there; thankfully, I’m out, stronger, better, and informed.
Science has proven that autoimmune disease has no cure, just like a mental illness. Your immune system is fighting against you, and how do you fight against yourself?
This book gives you detailed information about your conditions; it relates to your symptoms and provides you with alternatives to living and thriving even with the condition. It tells you how to help your immune system identify the main enemies so that it doesn’t end up destroying your life.
You can still live, you are strong, and this is not the end of the road. You’ve got a whole lot ahead of you, so take a look and apply every information you digest from this read.
