Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?

The Last Roman tells the story of Marcus Sempronius Gracchus, a Roman soldier from 37 AD. Due to his involvement in the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, he is cursed to live forever. The story is set in the modern-day, but roughly half the chapters are historical flashbacks that provide insights into character motivation and plot development. The primary antagonist is another immortal, the disciple Thomas (commonly known as Doubting Thomas). This is book one of a trilogy.

Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?

Anyone interested in a fast-paced, action-filled novel! It is a historical novel, as well as a modern-day thriller. You don’t have to love history, just love a good adventure to enjoy this book!

Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?

I have many authors and books that I enjoy. But perhaps my favorite was Edgar Rice Burroughs. He was one of the first authors to build new worlds around his exciting characters. In more modern periods, I love Clive Cussler and Frederick Forsyth.

Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?

Read. Write. Share your work with strangers. Friends and family are great, but they will be reluctant to give honest feedback. Get a professional editor and cover designer.

Qn 5: Where can our readers find out more about you, do you have a website, or a way to be contacted?

Yes! My website is www.bkgreenwood.com

They can also find me on Facebook (bkgreenwood) and instagram (bkgreenwood70).
