About the Book
This book tells two stories from different time frames simultaneously; both stories are a century apart, but they connect. In fact, the author did great in swapping chapters; with the present and the flashbacks. First is the story of a young woman named Sylvia, 22 years old, a student who decides to spend the summer in Balchik. While working as a receptionist, she meets the construction site owner named Jordan, old and rich. Sylvia falls in love with him a few weeks after her arrival in Balchik. Their love story is a little complicated, but the author has slowly progressed with the plot instead of abruptly making them fall in love. Second is the story of Osman; a Turkish military soldier who loses his life while fighting for his country, leaving behind Maria; the love of his life and Queen of Romania. All the details of captivating places where Sylvia wanders have been beautifully described intriguingly.
This is the perfect summer reading.

Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
Sylvia is a young student who decides to go to a small town located on the Black Sea. Summer is ahead of her, and she understands that she has to find employment to spend the summer in the cosy Balchik.
And while she maintains a distant relationship with a man who works in England, she can’t help but accept the enticing offer, which comes just weeks after she started working at a hotel near the beach. A man is about to fall in love, and with her dangerous and frivolous behaviour, Sylvia will discover a secret kept for many years. And it includes Maria Edinburska, creator of the Palace of Balchik and the Turkish merchant Osman.
Just a simple summer on the beach – countless girls work every year on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. But when Sylvia finds herself in the White City, she finds herself outside her usual living environment amid imposing hotels and expensive cars. Mr Big is an interesting and attractive man, and he seems to have no intention of stopping visiting the hotel where Sylvia works. Besides, his place of work is right in front of it.
Two people who are attracted to each other from the first moment. And two others who hide secrets that no one should know.
