Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
Most people go to the dentist so it’s a very relatable story. My daughter went to the dentist and ended up in jail after she experienced adverse drug reactions. I decided to journey into legal research because I needed to know what was happening to my daughter.
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
Parents for sure will love this book. However, anyone with a loved one in prison will find themselves inspired with hope and empowered with legal knowledge written in plain language by a mother and non-lawyer.
Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?
The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy is a timeless classic I enjoy reading to keep my mind centred on positive thinking which still teaches me something new especially when I’m having a particularly rough day.
Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
Keep a journal and write down your experiences often, if not daily.
