About the Author

Zen Toronto is a survivor and passionate author who writes to heal herself and others through inspirational and meaningful Artworks that unlock self-motivation and powerful self-healing.

Extreme stresses level, Grief & loss the loved one has caused her collapsed and eventually lose a large chunk of her memory — a condition called Dissociative Amnesia. Since then, her life became a never-ending journey towards recovering her lost memories through writing therapy.

By writing a Journal, she is able to track of life’s key moments as they happen, keep motivated, which is unconsciously create effective therapies for her own healing, which then helps her rebuild a meaningful life with a lasting chain of positive impacts.

Through journaling, you will learn to write down the thoughts that are going through your mind. You can objectively revisit them later to see what you can learn by the thought stream you were able to capture. You will notice patterns you weren’t aware of previously. When you notice the repetition, you can start to make conscious changes based on new information about yourself.

Listen to your inner voice and write down your experiences or expertise, remember your experience is your true self, no one can argue with or doubt you.
