About the Author
Michael Wheaton is a Christian, father, entrepreneur, and lifelong storyteller. Born and raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis, he discovered his passion for writing at an early age, earning awards for poetry, essays, short stories, and lyrics.
Michael built a distinguished career in marketing at the national level, including time in New York City, with his work featured in leading magazines and newspapers across the country. Now based in Denver, Colorado, he continues to write for national publications and actively supports nonprofit and veterans’ organizations.
A passionate culinarian, outdoor enthusiast, and dedicated volunteer, Michael finds balance in family life, nature, and the quiet joy of casting a line. This book marks his debut as an author—a natural next step in a life devoted to words, meaning, and making a difference.
