About the Author
My name is Ciprian Olteanu, and my journey as a writer began with my first book — Smile! You Will Live Longer.
It started as a personal message to myself, and quickly became a heartfelt invitation for others to rediscover joy, connection, and confidence through life’s simplest moments.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my work to exploring the deeper layers of human relationships, emotions, and personal transformation.
Through my books, I aim to inspire reflection, spark honest conversations, and offer practical insights that stay with the reader long after the last page.
Whether I’m writing about love, self-discovery, or the subtle dynamics of modern connection, my mission remains the same:
To bring clarity, warmth, and a touch of courage to those navigating their own journey.
I’m drawn to delicate, often unspoken subjects — because that’s where the real growth begins.
Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book? What is it about?
Sure! My book is called Smile! You Will Live Longer.
It’s a personal development guide that explores the power of something we all do every day — smiling — but rarely understand.
It started as a message to myself.
I grew up in an environment where smiling wasn’t encouraged, so I never saw it as a strength. But over time, I discovered that your smile isn’t just a habit — it’s a tool. It affects how people see you, how you feel about yourself, and even how your brain functions.
In the book, I share:
How smiling affects your confidence and body language
The neuroscience behind your smile and mood
Real, practical techniques to use your smile intentionally — in work, love, and everyday life.
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
Absolutely — this book is for anyone who wants to improve how they feel, how they show up, and how they connect with others.
More specifically, it’s ideal for:
Professionals who want to look more confident in meetings, presentations, and interviews
Leaders, salespeople, and public speakers who rely on presence and first impressions
People in personal growth journeys — rebuilding confidence, managing anxiety, or healing from emotional setbacks
Young adults or students stepping into the real world, where communication matters
And even people who simply want to feel more at ease, warm, and connected
Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?
