The 4-Hour Fix-it Plan

How to go from broken to better within yourself and your relationships

About the Book

Mental illness is a problem most suffer from, but few talk about it, even though the average age at which a person first experiences trauma is 4 years old! Untreated trauma is a slippery slope that attracts more trauma and regret.

The 4-Hour Fix-it Plan will empower you to repair yourself and your relationships. I challenge you to stop faking happiness while chasing an existence that resembles happiness. The ideal reader for this book lives with repressed fear, pain, guilt or anger. This includes frustrated family members who want to understand a loved one.

This book can change your life if any of that resonates with you.

About the Author

A veteran of the US Military, and a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Bachelor’s in Child and Family Development. Current student for Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?

This project began with me researching because I wanted to help myself. As I shared it with others and received feedback, I quickly learned that it could help so many others. When I decided to publish, The 4-Hour Fix-it Plan, the original intent was to provide mental health education and support to post-war veterans and their families. It wasn’t long before non-military persons demonstrated interest and growth from what was shared within. I’m grateful that God put it on my spirit to turn my lemons into lemonade.
