Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book, The Aging Man’s Survival Guide: From Fitness & Finance to Sex & Sickness, What is it about?
In my book, The Aging Man’s Survival Guide, I explore the often-overlooked and rarely discussed subject of male aging. My aim is to guide men my age through this often turbulent stage of life, showing that while aging is inevitable, it can actually enhance our life experiences and be an interesting source of wisdom, growth, and contentment when approached with knowledge, acceptance, and optimism.
The book addresses some of the most common signs of aging and how to navigate the changes in how society views older men. I emphasize the importance of staying healthy, maintaining an active sex drive, and planning for a fulfilling retirement.
Throughout the book, I focus on how adopting a positive mindset can promote both mental and physical health, helping men embrace the later stages of life with confidence and purpose. I also discuss the reality of mortality and how accepting it can lead to peace and better planning for the future.
By shifting perspectives, I hope to show that life after 60 can be just as exciting and fulfilling as the earlier years, filled with opportunities for growth, love, and happiness.
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, The Aging Man’s Survival Guide: From Fitness & Finance to Sex & Sickness, is it directed at any particular market?
My book will be valuable to both men and women. Women, especially those who have experienced menopause, may not realize that men also go through “andropause” which means significant physical, mental, emotional, and sexual changes as we age. While my primary audience is men approaching or going through middle age, I’ve already heard that it also resonates with female readers who have male partners, friends, or family members navigating these changes.

Hermann Hesse’s Steppenwolf
Stephen King’s Different Seasons with the short stories Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption (The Shawshank Redemption), Apt Pupil, and The Body (Stand by Me).

Qn 5: Where can our readers find out more about you, do you have a website, or a way to be contacted?
