Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?

My book is all about helping people build a strong, positive relationship with themselves. From both my clinical work and personal experience, I’ve learned how important it is to have a solid foundation of self. It’s the key to maintaining mental health, happiness, and success, especially in a world that’s constantly changing. I really wanted to share practical exercises that people can use to improve their emotional and mental resilience. With everything that’s going on in the world, being flexible and resilient within ourselves is so important. This book is for anyone who wants to feel more empowered in their life and create a sense of stability, no matter what challenges come their way.

Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?

I’d say this book is perfect for Gen Zers and Millennials—basically anyone who’s looking to build a solid foundation of self in a world that can feel pretty unpredictable. These generations are dealing with so much change and uncertainty, and I think the tools in the book can really help them navigate it all with more confidence. Whether it’s about handling stress, improving mental health, or just feeling more at peace with who you are, the book offers practical exercises that are really relatable for this age group. It’s all about creating a healthier relationship with yourself, and I think that’s something pretty much everyone in these generations can benefit from.

Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?

One of my favorite books is 21 Lessons for the 21st Century by Yuval Noah Harari. I love how Harari tackles some of the biggest questions we face today—like how technology is changing the way we live and think, or how we can create meaning in our lives amidst all the chaos. His ability to break down complex issues and make them so accessible is something I really admire. It’s one of those books that really challenges you to think deeply about the future, how we’re evolving as individuals, and what it means to live a meaningful life in this rapidly changing world. It’s both thought-provoking and practical, and it really aligns with the kind of work I do, focusing on resilience, adaptability, and finding purpose in life.
