“The Lord of the Rings” is a beloved classic for many reasons; epic story telling, characters that the reader can root for and it’s immersive it feels like a totally different universe and it felt real.
Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
I would say that writing is a discipline more so than it is a passion. If you want to be a better writer, pick up the pen (or type) even if you don’t want to. Set a dedicated writing time and follow it religiously.
