There are books about them, although they did not write it themselves, I must admit that they are the people I admire, they are: Dalai Lama, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela

I’m a creative non-fic writer, so these few words for non-fic writers only.
Listen to your inner voice, your voice of your soul, write down your experiences/expertise.
Remember, our experience/memoir is our true-self, a story only you can tell, no one can argue with or doubt you.
