Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
Own Your Color is the story of author Shikha Bajaj and all women finding success while staying true to themselves. Color, in the context of this book, means embracing the “whole you” – your strengths, values, beliefs, and imperfections. It helps the readers discover the power of being authentic and gives them courage to dream big and take massive action to design their best life possible. Through Shikha’s personal experience as well as those of other women who overcome self-doubt and challenges, she inspires women to dream big and have the courage to make it happen. “Own Your Color” emphasizes the transformative impact of mentorship on personal growth and success. It encourages everyone to find mentors, recognize their strengths and become mentors themselves. I would say – always be authentic and “Own your voice”. I recommend Experimenting with different writing styles and techniques until you find a voice that feels authentic to you. Your unique voice is what will set your writing apart and resonate with readers. Other tips to enhance your writing are as below:

- Practice and commit to writing regularly
