About the Author
My name is Stephen Adams. I recently lost my wonderful life partner to cancer. Lost and devastated, I have thrown myself into writing. Middle Grade, picture books, and full length novels have all been written about us in variuous guises and ages. Susan lives on!
Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
It is a thriller about a small community that was established as a place of harmony, but which is now being threatened with crime. A young couple want to remove the problems, before the community implodes forever.
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
Upper-end Middle Grade and lower-end Young Adult.
Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?
Many, but overall I would say Agatha Christie. With clarity and minimum of effort she creates wonderful characters and places them in interesting stories.
Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
Let your imagination run riot. Try to write about a subject you know, so that you can concentrate on the characters and plot.
