Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?

I wrote this book after 20 years of working in the male-dominated space of technology. Each chapter is a story that happened to me or my friends with recommendations of over-the-top, funny ways to respond that no business management book or exec coach would ever advise.

Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?

Female leaders are tired of putting up with gender bias in the workplace.

Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?

I tend to like books with unexpected twists in them such as Verity by Colleen Hoover.

Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?

Just start writing every night on a topic that’s interesting or something you are passionate about. If you like where it’s headed you can always bring a ghostwriter in to help refine it later.

Qn 5: Where can our readers find out more about you, do you have a website, or a way to be contacted?

www.rosieglass.com is my new publishing company where I hope to continue reviewing and publishing more books by women and for women.
