Magnolia Tales: Growing up Southern

About the Book

Growing up is not easy, but it sure is a lot easier than growing old. At its best, childhood should revolve around a place and time known as “home,” which we remember for the rest of our lives. Some of those homes were shaded by bamboo groves or maybe giant chestnut trees. It just so happened that the mighty magnolia populated my Southern childhood neighborhood, so that has always colored my memory of those days.

About the Author

I was born in 1950 and raised in the red hills of Georgia. I come from a long chain of tellers of stories. 80% of what I write is 100% true. The Magnolia Chronicles is an updated version of The Buckhead Chronicles with more tales from around the campfire and in the back alleys of my youth.
