About the Author
Dwight Reynolds was born in Kansas in October 1931. During the “Dust Bowl” his family moved to Washington State in search of a better life. As a young adult, Dwight joined the U.S. Army and was stationed at various bases in the U.S. as well as overseas in Germany. After leaving the army, Dwight earned a teaching degree. He worked in the education field for forty years in four countries. Several of those years were spent in Europe working for the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS). He traveled extensively.
