About the Author
I am currently serving in the UK armed forces and have a passion for health and fitness.
I am not a professional writer but I do want to make the world a healthier and more active place so I have taken up writing as a second career to achieve that. If I can help one person improve their life, even if it is just a little bit then I’d consider this second career a great success but, I do hope I can reach more than just one person.
