About the Author
Pak Sulong Das is Swara Yogi. He has been practicing Hindu Tantric Yoga since 1992. He is also a master-class scholar in Chinese Astrology (certified in Hong Kong), embracing different cultures. Before releasing his Higher Self free, Pak Sulong Das used to give lectures at a tertiary education institution in Hepingli, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. He then retreated for years meditating in a tiny sub-divided living space in Paterson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Currently, he is a member of ANLP, India Chapter, and is currently running yoga retreats and preserving tropical forests in various places.
Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
It is publicly known that in this age of Kaliyuga, there are three paths of yoga that lead to Moksha. Moksha, also called vimoksha, vimukti, and mukti, is a term in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism for various forms of emancipation, enlightenment, liberation, and release. Jnana Yoga is one of the three yoga paths mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita. The Bhagavad Gita often referred to as the Gita, is considered to be one of the holy scriptures of Hinduism.
This book focuses on elaborating on the concept, procedure, process, and program of Jnana Yoga to release your Higher Self.

For those who are practicing any of the various kinds of Yoga. Even when you are not attending yoga courses, it is a form of yoga now you know that you didn’t know about this.
