Being a boss can be a lonely job, but being a better leader can make it more rewarding.

Many of us take leadership lessons from bad role models and are not even aware how much better we could be with just a tweak here and there.

To sum up Executive Powers : If you take good enough care of your people on the inside, you never have to worry about how they treat your customers on the outside.”
