Coach M J Tolan has gathered lessons from his 15 years at the helm of his own group that he grew from 3 employees in one office to multiple branches and countries growing to over 700 team members. a self-confessed reformed leader, he narrates on lessons he wished he had known about during his journey as a leader.

Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?

Being a boss can be a lonely job, but being a better leader can make it more rewarding.

Many of us take leadership lessons from bad role models and are not even aware how much better we could be with just a tweak here and there.

To sum up Executive Powers : If you take good enough care of your people on the inside, you never have to worry about how they treat your customers on the outside.”
