Mr. Williams shares his activism on the job to bring much needed attention to workplace working conditions. He outlines the ignorance of leadership, disrespect towards employees, and dereliction of duty in a grid-locked culture failing to address the dysfunctional workplace climate.

This Postal Service Mail Handler accepted the challenge of working behind the scenes in a mail Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC). He reflects on a career that tested his patience, and he accepted the challenges with rare good grace.
Having faith in postal leadership was necessary to overcome hurdles on the way to delivery. Pointless as all the management trials seemed, he shares his vision, knowledge of personal relations, and technical competence throughout this memoir.

Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
The book is about working conditions inside a United States Postal Service mail plant. It’s about performing essential work for the American public with a whole lot of unfortunate distractions that prevent employees from performing at their best.
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
The target audience for this book is 1) anyone who receives mail and packages. 2) all postal workers, and their family members. 3) Any CEO, manager, or boss who really want to know the experiences of employees.
Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?
I truly enjoy Memoirs. They represent life experiences that others can relate to in some kind of way. Memoirs also offer insights and lessons learned from people outside our sphere of influence.
Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
Read a lot of books, including genre’s you don’t think you will like. After reading write book reviews to describe your thoughts and understanding. Write about things you like or join a writing club. Write something and ask others for the opinion of what you wrote.
