About the Author
I grew up in a small town in Connecticut where haunted houses, ghosts and Ouija boards were commonplace, spurring my fascination with all things paranormal. Ever since I read my first Barbara Cartland novel, my life-long dream has been to write sexy, romantic stories. I have been married to my own alpha hero for thirty years. When I’m not writing, I’m reading, going to the gym, or hanging out with family and friends.
I’m thrilled to spend my days in sweats, pounding on my keyboard to create my next novel.

Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
A vampire and a witch must put their differences aside to catch the ruthless head of a blood-trafficking ring.
Trying to gather what remained of her dignity, considering half her thigh was exposed and she was barefoot, Gillian pushed her shoulders back and stared Mulroney down. “Whatever you do, don’t you dare say I told you so.”
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
Readers of urban fantasy, paranormal romance, suspense, epic fantasy and contemporary fiction will love this book. It has something for everyone. It’s a story about friendship, redemption, and love. the vampire lore is loosely based on the true, harrowing story of my grandfather’s escape from Europe after he awoke from his funeral and stepped out of his coffin.
Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?
Sylvia Day-Her characters are raw and flawed.
Kresley Cole-Her world-building is amazing and her characters are deeply screwed-up, which makes you route for them.
Emma Chase- I love her characters. they are hilarious and full of heart.
Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
I’d recommend getting into a critique group, going to conferences, in person or online. Submit your work to contests, or beta readers to get feedback. Submit your work to agents and editors and find out the things you’re doing well and the things you need to work on. Read everything you can in your genre and highlight the things that speak to you. Take online classes, study books on writing and do that over again. The most important thing is to never take rejection personally.
