About the Book

Dear reader, in this book you will find a practical guide that will help you understand the importance and influence that habits have in our lives, how to acquire new positive habits for us and those around us, as well as learn to get rid of habits that hinder or unbalance our progress in life. I do not consider myself a guru of emotions or feelings, nor have I studied at renowned universities. My purpose is to share with you, what has worked for me, and that I am sure can work for you too, because sooner or later we all receive setbacks in life, which unbalance our emotions, and this can lead us to suffer more. Of what is necessary. It is my intention to serve as a support to those people who need to know a practical way to recover that balance, and maintain it in the long term.

About the Author

My name is Christian and my cover letter is my own experience. Without being anyone known, through my work as a manager in the last 14 years I have been able to help different people, motivating them to continue growing, developing and accompanying them while they reach their goals and achieve their objective. It is a very beautiful thing to see and accompany someone who is growing up. That is what I like to do and that is why now I offer my services in a practical way.

Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?

My book was an inspiration that came to me when my son Aitor was about to be born. I simply decided to share with the world what had worked for me in terms of the effort to change habits. It is not about telling my life, but rather about sharing what works practically.

Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?

I think the book can be interesting for anyone. I am sure that those people who want to continue advancing in their life, will find it a very useful read. In addition, the book is quite short, so it can be read and reviewed in a short time, and even then apply it will take a lifetime, because there are always habits to acquire.

Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?

This question is difficult to answer. I really like Tony Robbins, Valerio Massimo Manfredi, Dr. Mario Alonso Puig, Pedro Santamaria, Álvaro Bilbao… And many more who have inspired, entertained and taught me. All these authors have taught me to grow and have also helped me acquire culture through their stories.

Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?

My advice is to just start writing, even if you don’t like the result. You have to write, and during the process your own head will begin to shape the project. Our mind is wonderfully designed and will begin to create everything necessary for an excellent job to come out. The important thing is that one begins to write. Everything can be corrected and outlined later.

Qn 5: Where can our readers find out more about you, do you have a website, or a way to be contacted?
