The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy: This novel tells the story of two estranged siblings in Kerala, India, and explores themes of love, loss, and redemption.

Practice, practice, practice: The more you write, the more comfortable and confident you’ll become. Write regularly, even if it’s just for a few minutes a day.
