About the Author

I love to inspire and be an inspiration to others whose spirit and dedication is to impact others with a positive change. I am a Philanthropist and influencer, my words and actions ignite a fire within readers worldwide. This book in particular transcends the page, offering a roadmap to living your best life. Drawing from a lifetime of triumphs and challenges, I love to share wisdom from the many women and men who have poured into my life some are no longer here with me, but the conversations, mannerisms, jesters, and facts about life and how to overcome any obstacle will never leave my mind and will always be apart of my actions. I find solace in quiet reflection, travel, culinary adventures, and the love of family and friends. I have a very wide background in many fields and professions, of which some are Social Work, Education, Nursing, and Real Estate. I have a very strong foundation in the bible as a child, that has shaped my journey called life and how I move through it in all situations. I was raised in a loving, faith-filled home by my mother, siblings, great uncle, and a host of family. My core values of love, discipline, and service were instilled early in my life. I will continue my mother’s legacy in fulfillment in acts of service, helping families, children, and the homeless community. I also come from a family of seven in which my mother is the seventh child, I am her seventh child, and my oldest is the seventh grandchild. Seven is a very special number in my life as you continue on this journey with me you will learn why the number is very significant to me.

This book offers a compassionate guide to healing, encouraging readers to acknowledge their pain and providing tools for their unique healing journeys. It emphasizes the importance of connection, vulnerability, mindfulness, and gratitude in building resilience. Rather than offering quick fixes, the book supports readers in embracing their authentic selves, finding purpose, and envisioning a hopeful future. Healing is portrayed as a continuous process, with the book serving as a supportive companion throughout.

Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?

Oprah Winfrey’s book titled, “What I Know for Sure” (2014), is my favorite book because, throughout the book, Oprah combines personal stories, wisdom from her experiences, and inspirational quotes, aiming to provide readers with guidance and encouragement. “What I Know for Sure” is designed to be insightful and uplifting, offering readers practical advice and motivation to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?

I would suggest that they are diverse readers, write regularly, seek feedback, revise and edit as often as needed, and stay inspired to write no matter what because what you have to say in writing is exactly what many people are looking for, so don’t stop.
