Synopsis: This book is about going on a daily journey with God unto preparation to one day become his bride. Preparation is a journey unto a deep personal intimate relationship with Christ. Love is the foundation and center of any relationship as God is love. We can see all throughout the bible how much it speaks of marriage. In Ephesians 5:25 Paul tells us Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. Christ’s love for the church is in representation of marriage both physically and spiritually. The first miracle was performed at a marriage. This book has been written to be practical and compatible with our everyday living. The journals written are only a small portion of the vast wisdom and knowledge of God in reference to bridal preparation.
Autobiography: Rochelle Butler, aka “GG: God’s Girl” is the Founder of Sound the Trumpet Outreach Ministries birthed by God. She resides in Columbia MO, The Show Me State. She is the author of Awaken Oh Bride. Rochelle was born for such a time as this to proclaim the word of the Lord through the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Rochelle Butler Aka “God’s Girl” founder of Sound the Trumpet Ministries. I reside in the state of Missouri. I have a beautiful daughter. I love to sing and write. I am a cc girl, I love coffee and conversation and gleaming in the fields of others through talk and interaction.
Enjoying nature is one of the most fulfilling things in my life. Enjoy God’s creation as I plant flowers, watching and listening to the birds sing. I love to see the beauty of the rising and setting of the sun knowing that my heavenly father does all things well. Simply put, I love and enjoy life in Christ.
Qn 1: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
The book is about the bride, the church, God’s people recognizing the days and times we are living that require a daily journey unto preparation. This preparation only comes through her having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Just as no natural Bride waits 30 days are months to prepare for her wedding neither can the church. It takes time with God and getting to know him and the time is now as the return of Christ is upon us. We cannot afford our preparation time to be lost living selfishly unto ourselves and our agendas. If not careful it will cause us to self-destruct. Revelations 16:5 says Look, I will come as unexpectedly as a thief! Blessed are all who are watching for me, who keep their clothing ready so they will not have to walk around naked and ashamed.” Preparation is required to be ready and have the proper attire for the wedding. Now is the time for the bride to make herself ready and allow Christ her groom also to adore his Bride unto readiness.
Love is the foundation and center of any marriage, God is love. Christ instructed husbands to love their wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
Awakening Journey of the Bride has been written in journal format for practical everyday living and for the information to be applied daily unto preparation. Luke 21:25 says “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring.” When you see these things come to pass look up for your redemption draws night. My friends we are living in this time. It’s time to make preparations and get to know Christ personally. Today is the day for salvation. Christ is coming back for his Bride are you ready?
Qn 2: Who do you think would be interested in this book, is it directed at any particular market?
I think primarily Christians since I am a Chrisitan Author. But I think all would be interested because it’s a universal message regardless of who believes or not.
Qn 3: Out of all the books in the world, and all the authors, which are your favourite and why?
The Bible is my favorite. I don’t have a favorite book, but love books that hold spiritual truths, challenge, and bring change to lives.
Qn 4: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
From my experience, you write from the inside out, from experiences that have affected or changed you. Experiences have now brought about information that has somehow pulled the cover from traditional thinking or the narrative of others in your mind that may have once shaped your opinions. No one can tell their story better than you. When writing it’s as though you have your stage, you hold the mic of the pen and can express what you know and feel.
